Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for packages above UGX 1,000,000. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on or before the shoot date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mobile money (MTN/Airtel), bank transfer, and cash. For corporate clients, we also accept invoice payments.

Are there travel fees for locations outside Lira City?

For shoots within Lira City, there are no travel fees. For locations outside Lira City (Gulu, Soroti, Kitgum, etc.), a travel fee of UGX 100-300K applies depending on distance, plus accommodation if overnight stay is required.

How long until we receive our final products?

Photography: 2-3 weeks. Videography: 3-4 weeks. Music videos: 4-6 weeks. Rush delivery available for 50% extra.

Can I customize a package?

Absolutely! All our packages can be customized to fit your specific needs. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll create a tailored package.
